Today I’m going to show you how to prepare a delicious pizza with a little touch of marijuana.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of Italian sausage
- 1 can (13.8 oz) of refrigerated pizza dough (classic)
- 1-1 / 2 cups of mixture of five Italian cheeses crumbled with a touch of cream cheese.
- 1/2 cup of traditional pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
- 2 tablespoons of cannabis butter
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 375 ºF.
- Brown the sausage with the cannabis butter and drain it. Stretch the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it forms a 14×12-inch rectangle. Put the shredded cheese and the sausage on top. Mix the pizza sauce and garlic powder; drop squirts of this mixture on the sausage.
- Roll the dough, starting with a long side; cut it on wheels. Put the grinders, with the sides cut down, on an 8-inch square mold, grease the mold with cannabis butter; Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake pizza for 25 min. or until it is golden and ready to serve.
