Today I’m going to teach you how to prepare the delicious and famous Italian cream, only this time we will do it with a little cannabis.

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of cannabis milk
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 spoons of flour
  • 5 spoons of sugar
  • The peel of a lemon
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • The peel of a lemon
  • Strawberries

Preparation:

To prepare the Italian cream, heat the cannabis milk in a not very large pot and add the grated rind of a lemon and vanilla. Meanwhile, mix the yolks with the sugar in a bowl until you get a soft cream. Slowly add the flour with care that no lumps are formed and keep mixing. If the mixture is dense and hard to beat, you can add a couple of tablespoons of cannabis milk.

When the mixture is homogeneous, pour little by little the hot milk in the bowl and keep mixing so that these lumps do not form.

When you have added all the cannabis milk to the mixture, pour everything into the pot and, without mixing, bring it to a boil over low heat. When the cream reaches the desired consistency, remove it from the flame. Before serving it in individual molds place the strawberries in the bottom and pour it. It is served cold.
