GENESIS is AI software developed by INVOX Medical, for real-time dictation and transcription of medical reports.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a branch of computing that develops programs capable of emulating processes typical of human intelligence. That is, machines can analyze the environment and perform certain actions more or less autonomously in order to achieve specific objectives.

The GÉNESIS Software is created to be used by radiologists, the GÉNESIS platform is a tool for their research projects that facilitates the annotation process of medical images: automatic labeling of reports, assisted segmentations, work lists.

Thus, GÉNESIS takes advantage of linguistic models developed specifically for each medical specialty, it has voice recognition for healthcare and to capture the conversation and operate with it.

In GENESIS they propose using an ambient microphone, which captures the conversation without the need for direct dictation. The next step is to transcribe that conversation. This system is capable of identifying each participant in the conversation and is prepared to recognize any medical term.

Subsequently, and according to the fields to be completed in the medical history, GENESIS analyzes the transcription of the conversation between doctor and patient and proposes a structured report based on the previously identified fields of the medical history.

Finally, the doctor will be able to review the documentation generated by artificial intelligence and expand the information with our dictation system, without having to use the keyboard.

At the technology level, it should be noted that GENESIS uses language models adapted to each medical specialty, and a self-developed voice recognition engine trained with thousands of conversations between doctors and patients.

Likewise, it uses advanced generative AI algorithms to analyze the information, work with it and prepare a report structured according to the fields to be completed in the medical history.
