In many occasions, the beneficial effects of good sleep and adequate hours every day have been discussed; however, our position also affects our sleep and how we feel the next morning. The best position to sleep:

Face up

It is a good position; however, people who snore or drink alcohol should not sleep like that.

Upside down

It is perhaps the least favorable option, because turning the neck to the side, causes cervical pain and even torticollis.

Sideways

It is the most favorable position because it causes less discomfort. Use a pillow to rest the head at the height of 20 cm that is appropriate and bend the knees slightly with a pad between the legs to prevent them from joining.
